Six Minute Counselor

What is Six Minute Counselor?

Six Minute Counselor is a podcast designed to address topics related to your mental and emotional health, in around 6 minutes. We understand that not everybody has a lot of time to read books, articles, or listen to hours of podcasts. This is why Six Minute Counselor was created, to allow people to get everyday information on mental health without needing to commit too much time.

Currently, we have some episodes covering different topics but be on the lookout for a couple of new features. We’ll do some interviews with people as well as some takeaways from case studies. While this podcast is not designed to be a replacement for professional help, it is designed to offer some information that will hopefully be useful for people to use when addressing their mental health.

If you enjoy the podcast, please leave a review on Apple and Spotify, join our Facebook page, and tell your friends about it. We always welcome feedback on the podcast as well as requests for topics or features. Email us or post in our Facebook group with your request.
